Jet Effect: Big Crisis on Tourism Sector

After the shut down of Jet Airways, 25 per cent of the cost of the airline was affected due to the high cost of tourism and tourism industry has created a panic in the tourism industry. After the shut down of Jet Airways, the air tickets between Mumbai-Hyderabad, Mumbai-Delhi and Delhi-Mumbai increased 62 percent, 52 percent and 49 percent, respectively. In Bangalore, Delhi has registered the lowest growth rate, which is 10% increase. When the tourism season commenced, this situation has been happening at the exact same time, says Trail Agents Association of India President Sunil Kumar. Sunil Kumar has said that this crisis will remain throughout the year. The increase in ticket prices will have a major impact on tourism business, he said.

Jet Airways closed its service on Wednesday night. After this, 22 thousand employees came to the streets one night. Many of these employees have agreed to sell their homes. Apart from this, millions of passengers from India and abroad have lost their lives due to the shut down of Jet.
