electricity complaint online services good or bad for common people?

A consumer complaint or customer complaint is “an expression of dissatisfaction on a consumer’s behalf to a responsible party” (Landon, 1980). It can also be described in a positive sense as a report from a consumer providing documentation about a problem with a product or service.

What happens when you pay your electricity bill two time in Mumbai? Should I talk to the authorities or will it get automatically adjusted in the next month’s bill or don’t return money?

The excess payment will get  in the next month’s bill. Do not worry. This has happened to me a couple of times, albeit in Mumbai. In fact, one of the persons in my society lives abroad. He has paid a lump sum amount in advance – almost a year’s amount and the money gets adjusted in the future invoices.

don’t worry about extra money.don’t return money but adjusted in next month bill.
